See behind the scenes of a cover shoot, discover the manipulation techniques used in the days before the show, and go everywhere the competitors do, including on stage!!

Carb Depletion Workout: The workout I do during days 6-3 before stepping on stage that allows me to further deplete my muscles of glycogen (energy), ready to temporarily store more glycogen upon carb loading. This allows me to step on stage full and tight, showing maximum muscle separation and conditioning.
Carb Preparation: This video shows how I prepare my meals during the final 3 days before stepping on stage, including how I work out how many calories, protein and carb amounts, and which supplements I take to aid my muscles holding as much glycogen as possible to get that ripped look!

Pre-Judging Pro Male Fitness Category: This video shows how myself along with all the other pro male fitness models get ready to step out on stage for the morning swimwear round, which is where most of the judging is done, and the scores are determined.
Final Stage Show Pro Male Fitness Category: This is it! The final, showing both the swimwear and evening wear round, and the top 5 pro male fitness models get called out.
